  • After the 2-hour cancellation window, the order enters the processing stage, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy exclusively for defective products. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can request a refund or replacement based on your preference.

To maintain transparency:

  • Before Shipping: We will always share pictures or a video of your order for confirmation.
  • After Delivery: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
